Welcome to the Joomla SEO effort wiki !
This space is for the Joomla community to get involved in the ongoing process of improving Joomla on the Search Engine Optimization front. Joomla community ? that's you. We have made it a wiki so you can modify, extend, delete, ... (almost) anything you see here. Feel free to add pages, or change what other have written if you feel you have a better idea, or more information on a subject. This is NOT a discussion area though : we want ideas, descriptions, possibly technical description if you can, but that is not mandatory. Eventually, we strive to have here a collection of the best ideas for Joomla SEO.
In 2 weeks time, 26 March 2008, the global information found here will be collected and turned into a "White paper", defining Joomla next releases improvements in terms of SEO.
Please review current suggestions pages, or add new, in the Suggestions folder below. When you add a page, please make sure that before clicking the "Create new page button" you select the "Joomla-seo suggestion template" radio-button. This way all pages will more or less have the same structure. It will help everyone in reading and using the information in this wiki.
